Matchbox Advisory’s Principal, Chris Pratt, has over 30 years as a professional construction executive having won, lead and teamed a wide range of complex multi-discipline projects from project development and tendering phases through design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Chris’ roles have included client-side roles such as Director of Redevelopment, Chief Projects Officer and Executive GM Major Projects and contractor roles such as National Development Director, Operations Manager and Project Director.

With over $4B of work won, procured, overseen, managed and completed across a range of industry sector and through all forms of procurement methods and contacts, Chris’ experience is considerable.

Chris’ guiding principles are based on integrity and fairness and he is an advocate for effective project governance, processes and controls as the facilitators of collaboration, communications and agility to ensure time, cost, quality and safety remain the focus for decisions and results.
